08.09.06 I found a drift card at Stinson Beach on 8-9.
Notes: I found this drift card in a tide pool. It was a really exciting part of my day at the beach. I'll bring it to 5th grade to show everyone how cool it is.
Orange 1

Notes: They were dated August 9.
Orange 3
08.09.06 South End, Stinston Beach (in front of the lifeguard tower), 3:30 p.m. 50-100 yds out in the water while body boarding
Notes: A lot of the small children (5-9 yrs.) picking up stacks of the cards that we allowed to float by us. My first thought at seeing a long, double line of floating bubble-looking objects in the distance was that they were part of a floating fishing net.

08.09.06 Stinson Beach- just south of the bathroooms.
Notes: There were about 50 cards all in one place on the beach. I only picked up one. Also, the card was dated the same day that I found it, so it looks like it didn't drift very far.

Notes: It was found 20 feet from the water on the beach.
Orange 1
08.09.06 Stinson Beach, California
Notes: The previous screen (where it told me to enter the number key) was confusing. I thought I was supposed to enter a number on the DRIFT CARD, not the one on the screen. Since my card didn't have any number, I almost gave up, but decided to just try the one on the screen. Just rewording the instructions could make it more clear.

08.09.06 Stinson Beach
Notes: There were probably 100 of them - we only took 1 because we didn't know what they were (sorry!)

08.09.06 Stinson Beach on August 9, 2006 I would have sent this earlier, but just remembered to do this today....sorry for the delay.
Notes: Yes, it seemed that each time my friend got into the water at Stinson, she started to develop red bumps on her legs and arms. This was in the months of July and August of this year. I don't know if it had anything to do with the water or not?
Orange 2
