OR&R Assists with Blue Lobster Bowl at MIT
The National Ocean Science Bowl held their annual competition on February 28, 2015.
In Massachusetts it is called the Blue Lobster Bowl and was held, as always, at MIT. Although in previous years Ken Finkelstein coached his local high school team, this year, he served as one of 12 moderators who asked the two competing teams the questions that determined the winner of each round. The Bowl is an exciting day in the life of those high school teams that enter and the volunteers who make it happen. The questions are a true test of marine science knowledge. For those of you who have some time, please volunteer at the bowl in your area or help coach your local team.
