Restoration along Connecticut’s Housatonic River

MAY 6, 2016--Ken Finkelstein spent two days in the Housatonic River watershed, the first to attend an evening public meeting with the Connecticut Subcommittee of the Housatonic Citizen's Coordinating Council on April 27.

Ken helped prepare and present a review of the completed and in progress restoration projects funded by GE as part of their payment for Natural Resource Damages. After visiting some in progress project sites, Ken attended the Housatonic Valley Association 75th anniversary dinner where again he helped present ongoing restoration project success to the audience.
