OR&R Disaster Preparedness Program and the Coastal Response Research Center Meet with Senator Shaheen's Staff
NOVEMBER 4, 2019 — On October 24, the Disaster Preparedness Program (DPP) met with staff from the office of Senator Shaheen (NH) along with and through an invitation from the University of New Hampshire Coastal Response Research Center (CRRC).
Dr. Nancy Kinner (CRRC) and Kate Wheelock (DPP) attended the meeting with Sen Shaheen's staff to discuss the Center, its long-running and successful partnership with OR&R, highlight some recent DPP successes, and discuss the future of the DPP. The Senator's staff expressed their appreciation for the work of OR&R and the strength of the partnership with the CRRC.
