FEBRUARY 27, 2015--On March 10, 2015, Doug Helton of the OR&R Emergency Response Division will present, “Oil dispersants in the Arctic: What does the science say about efficacy and tradeoffs?”

The focus of Science Days is Research in a Rapidly Changing Arctic, featuring talks from speakers across NOAA and partner organizations. Topics range from the use of satellites to observe climate change to the potential impact of the loss of sea ice on subarctic and arctic marine ecosystems in Alaska.
