JUNE 16, 2017--During the week of June 5 in Washington State, the OR&R Assessment and Restoration Division joined trustees and representatives from Phillips 66 to prepare for a worst case scenario NRDA drill later this year.

NOAA will provide training and spatial data support as part of the drill. The group met at the Phillips 66 refinery in Ferndale, where they toured the site and learned more about Phillip 66 regional processing and transport operations. Phillips 66 also provided a tour of their transport facility in Tacoma earlier this year.
