JUNE 30, 2017--Olivia Hazel is a recent MS of Analytics graduate of American University. Her background specialization is financial management.

Originally from the money capital of the world, New York City, her goal was to pursue a financial career in the hopes of making a difference. While living in the DC Metropolitan area for the past four years, she has worked to find the right place to kick start her career. She is excited to join the NOAA/NOS/OR&R team.

When it comes to her interests, Olivia loves to travel. With over 30 countries visited, she likes to say she is a world-traveler-in-training. While at home, brunch and cultural festivals are her go to. However, nothing is better than being home with her two year-old Shih Tzu puppy, Penelope-Ann. Olivia comes from a long line of only children, so an extroverted introvert would best describe her.

Altogether, Olivia is ready to get to work and eventually get to know everyone. It is the first time in a while she is the newbie and cannot wait to learn anything and everything she can.
