Marine Debris Program Chief Scientist Interviewed for Podcast
NOVEMBER 2, 2020 — On October 21, The Plastic Shift published an interview with Dr. Amy V. Uhrin, Chief Scientist of the NOAA Marine Debris Program (MDP).
The Plastic Shift is made up of a team of students researching several aspects of global plastic pollution who hope to discover new perspectives on this topic to encourage disruptive solutions. Dr. Uhrin was interviewed about the activities and priorities of the MDP, including support for marine debris research through grants and outreach.
