The 35th annual meeting of the Society of Toxicology and Chemistry recently held its meeting in Vancouver, BC.

Lisa DiPinto, of the OR&R Assessment and Restoration Division, co-chaired Deepwater Horizon oil spill platform and interactive poster sessions (with Gene Mancini). There were 16 speakers presenting on various topics associated with MC252 oiling and effects from the 2010 spill. NOAA NRDA scientists were well represented in both sessions and presented multiple papers on the toxicity of oil to Gulf of Mexico resources.
